Essentials Experience in specified sectors listed - Banking and Payments
Domain Knowledge - Experience of 3-9 years' with top-tier consulting firms or leading banks in the payments business (issuing/acquiring), Payment Networks or FinTech, with an MBA and an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
- Prior experience in payments or consulting with a deep understanding of the dynamic Indian payments market is a must
Skills:
- Understanding of card portfolio and campaign management
- Experience of executing end-to-end campaign management for card payment product across customer lifecycle - activation, spends, retention, cross-sell and others
- Monitoring of campaign performance, effectiveness, impact and feedback
- Experience of working in dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives and priorities
- Develop solutions to aid revenue enhancement and cost optimization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good leadership qualities
- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Sharp focus on quality delivery
- Ability to develop/ customize solutions relevant to client
- Problem solving, data and financial analysis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Job Role :
- Client service delivery/execution
- Lead role in execution of projects (project delivery) at times multiple clients. Assume independent responsibility for smaller clients
- Manage client personnel
- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner /Manager
- Knowledge Management
- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
- Business development:
- Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation
- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

Academic Qualifications : Undergraduate business degrees with an MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
