The opportunity :

Our intelligent automation solution utilize RPA technologies viz. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath and emerging technologies viz. Machine learning, Natural Language Processing and Generation which enables business operations teams to automate processes quickly and autonomously through presentation layer integration. Intelligent Automation Expert will deliver automated solutions to our clients and will contribute into all EY Advisory services: Feasibility / Process Assessment, Solution design, product implementation, support and capability development. The ideal candidate will have good mix of business processes and IT skills, business thinking and client focused. Selected candidate(s) will receive full training and mentoring on automation methodology and Blue Prism & Automation Anywhere product.

Job location : Gurgaon

Your key responsibilities :

- Taking ownership of client delivery and engagement for the Automation program

- Supporting Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Consulting & Thought Leadership activities within existing and potential clients

- Effectively establishing and expanding networks across geographies and communities as well as across external partners and clients to increase their brand awareness

- Working closely with clients to solve their challenges, contribute to value increase and make a lasting impact

Skills and attributes for success :

- Involved in Solution/ Tech sales and/or be directly/indirectly involved in delivery of the projects

- Deep knowledge of one or several of the following is essential : Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG)

- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple engagements

To qualify for the role you must have :

- BE/Btech and post qualification degree or equivalent in Engineering

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in RPA
