EY - Consultant - IT + Finance & Procurement

Qualification : (B. Tech/B.E. (CS/IT)/MCA) + MBA Finance

Key Skills :

1. Experience in Procurement, Stakeholder management, Vendor Management.

2. Experience in PFMS working & MIS and procurement.

3. Experience of delivering technology solutions for government departments.

4. Strong written, verbal communications, and documentation skills.

5. Professional experience in the bidding process, bid evaluation procurement procedure, especially preparation of Expression of Interest, Notice Inviting Tender, Terms of Reference, Request for Proposals, Implementation of contracts, procurement management, bid document for goods and services.

6. Proficient in English & Hindi, able to write reports, make presentations.

7. Knowledge of procurement portals like GeM, e-Tender, e-Procure etc. would be a surplus.
