EY- Strategy and Transaction - TSE - Senior - Change Management
- Within SaT, TSE team services clients with a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle, across buyers and sellers.
- We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, 100-day planning, integration process support, carve-out/stand-alone costs assessment and risks, and cost reduction.
- Our professionals work on transactions and business development across the globe.
The opportunity :
- We're looking for passionate Consultants with Organizational Change and Employee Experience.
- You'll be specifically part of Change Management projects and advise stakeholders while building trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.

Core Skills & technical expertise for success :
- Experience in change management and employee experience projects including stakeholders management, impact analysis, communication strategies, culture assessment, user engagement and readiness assessment
- Practical project management experience including planning, project management, and risk management
- Deemed owner of the change requests from creation to closure
- Track business needs, goals and objectives of the change and ensures they are accurate
- Ensures the risk factors have been assessed and verifies the validity of the initial priority setting
- Manage all documentations for the change i.e. execute, test, remediation plans, etc.
- Knowledge of the organizational structure and the B2C relationships
- Capabilities to assess operational impacts (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Good understanding of business problems, manage end to end interaction with change advisory board (CAB) and perspective for delivering presentations for potential clients
- Demonstrated track record of building trusted client relationships and strong networking skills
- Skill to synthesize approaches in complex project situations
- Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A will be good to have.
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- Relevant post graduate degree in business, communications, or related field from a premier institute
- Relevant consulting experience working in a BIG4 or niche organizational strategy houses or boutique consultancy firm
- Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
- Acquired a fluency in professional English. Proficiency in any European foreign languages e.g. German, French or Italian is a plus
Ideally, you'll also have :
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Any certification as Change practitioners will be a plus
