Business Architect - Digital Transformation


Looking for candidates with Digital Transformation experience to lead Business led transformation engagements.


The candidate should have:

- Experience of 12+ years in delivering Business led transformation engagements

- Experience in working on pre-sales process for large pursuits

- Experience in past client service delivery and execution of Business and technology consulting engagements

- Driving value diagnostics and dip stick evaluations in tech consulting areas

- Experience with conceptualization and ideation

- Workshop planning and facilitation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.

- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

- Technology Consulting background with expertise in at least 3 of the areas listed - Digital transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Post-merger integration, Technology Strategy and Business planning, Technology implementation

Expectations from the candidate :

- 5+ years of Experience in working on pre-sales process for large pursuits

- Client service delivery/execution - Lead role in execution of projects (Project delivery) at times multiple clients. Assume independent responsibility for smaller clients

- Business development :

- Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation

- Create and manage good independent relationships across the teams

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

- Demonstrate industry / solution expertise

- People Management :

- Be a strong team player

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Assist in resolving people issues

- Assist in recruiting activities

- Knowledge Management :

- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
