We are looking for people in the Restructuring and Turnaround Team within TAS. The Restructuring and TurnaroundRestructuring practice team is a focused advisory service targeted towards financial restructuring, debt restructuring, financial analysis, options evaluation, istressed/ distressed situations and involves Independent Business business Reviews reviews for key stakeholders and Operational Restructuring/ Turnaround Management of such stressed/ distressed companies. EY has over 10900 Restructuring Professional across the world and over 15 100 in India. EY India has market leadership position in the Restructuring space and is a preferred service provider for the lenders and borrowers.

Academic Qualification

CA/ MBA / CFA with an exceptional academic background

Experience

The candidate should have:

- 1 - 10 years of relevant post qualification experience (including top-rated Big 4 Due Diligence experience)

- Exceptional Commercial Acumen and Strong Analytical Skills

- Project Management experience in complex environments

- High initiative and drive

- Maturity and ability to handle pressure

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Professional appearance and poise

- Candidates with experience of working in the Restructuring Office or with a CEO/CFO in a Distressed/ Stressed situation or a crisis situation will be preferred.

Roles/Responsibilities - 

1. Key role in client service delivery. Act as a Trusted Business Advisor & Build Relationships.

- Lead on-field work on Independent Business Reviews in Stressed/ Distressed situations

- Participate in delivery of Operational Restructuring/ Turnaround Advisory Engagements

- Participate in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client's needs

2. Independently lead and coordinate the planning and management of small/ medium assignments, with a focus on

- Pricing, Billing & Recovery

- Maximizing fee opportunities

3. Risk Management

- Develop and implement risk management strategies, plans and activities with minimal partner involvement

- Manage sensitive and high level risk issues

- Proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients

4. Knowledge Management

- Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
