Responsibilities:-
1. Managing and participating in medium to high priority due diligence engagements
2. Analyzing financial and operational results
3. Assisting in identifying pre/post - acquisition issues
4. Evaluating the effects of seasonal and cyclical changes on cash flow requirements
5. Managing a team of 8-10 professionals
Job Requirements:-
1. CA or MBA finance degree from a premier institute with 6-8 years of experience
2. At least 4 years of relevant external audit experience with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting
3. Experience of doing research and analysis on companies operating in Banking/Insurance/Wealth & Asset Management sector (Financial Services domain) with an objective of understanding them from M&A stand point
4. Advanced knowledge and experience in any of the following sectors will be an added advantage - Oil & Gas, Technology, Consumer Products, Power & Utilities, Life Science
