EY - Associate - Investment Banking/M&A Advisory - Infra Sector

The infrastructure focused team of one of the big 4 is looking to recruit Associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure.

The role entails investment banking/ M&A Advisory role.

Job Description :

- Client facing role

- Works as a part of the IB team to support seniors in deal origination and execution

- Strong ability and experience in managing and executing projects across M&A, private equity, debt, structured finance products

- Undertake analytical and financial modeling-based analysis. Supports in execution of transactions from end to end i.e. origination to deal closure (including pricing notes, pitch books etc)

- Involvement during end to end transaction life cycle including pitches, preparation of transaction collaterals, assistance during diligence and documentation

Preferred Credentials :

- MBA from reputed Institution

- 2-4 years of relevant post qualification experience in any of the following infrastructure sub-sector (Power, Roads, Ports and Aviation) or Real Estate

- Require good financial modelling and presentation skills

- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills

- A well-rounded academic background from top tier educational institutions

- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
