Role: Strategy, Planning and Analysis | Markets - Telecommunications   Level: Associate/Executive   Experience: 1-3 years  Domain: Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT)  Location: Gurgaon   Business planning, execution and account management  - Assist in the development of business and strategic plans for the practice  - Analyse multiple dashboards for assessing and measuring performance   - Prepare monthly leadership presentations for insights on sector performance   - Develop account dashboards, market measures and ensure tracking of sales and opportunities  - Continuous monitoring of key accounts involving identification of client's business issues and challenges and aligning the firm's relationship plan and action plan  - Support the teams in developing insightful client proposals  - Responsible for upkeep of sector credentials and coordinating with teams for soliciting relevant information  Program management  - Support the team in running solution campaigns, tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones  - Defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.  - Ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, help tracking actionable through coordination with various teams  Research and analysis  - Development of company profiles and strategy documents to support the leadership teams   - Conduct research and data analysis from external research engines, company annual reports, investor presentations and analyst reports  - Development and upkeep of all industry related knowledge databases and KPIs  Branding, Marketing and Communication  External Communications  - Support the teams in enhancing press and media coverage  - Develop sector point of views through articles and quotes on industry updates for print and digital media  - Managing marketing and branding initiatives such as report launches, press releases, media interactions and special Telecom industry client-centric events.   - Assist the teams in organising C-Suite events including invites, Agenda, presentations and aligned operational tasks  - Coordinate with teams for developing Go To Market material including solution playbook, videos, brochures, flyers and client proposals   Internal Communications  - Develop internal communications on behalf of sector leadership  - Develop internal news alerts, knowledge updates, 2-3 community newsletters and regularly update the practitioners on practice initiatives   Knowledge and skills  - Graduate/Post Graduate (business administration, commerce, economics, engineering)  - 1-3 years of experience in strategy planning, enablement, research and marketing  - Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel   - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for developing internal and external communications  - Strong interpersonal skills  - Quick to learn and understand changes and trends in the economy and industry  - Prior work experience in telecoms/broader TMT would be preferred
