Real Estate - India Region Design & Construction Leader - Business Enablement  - Internal Rank: Associate Director  - Full time Position  The India Design & Construction (D&C) Leader is responsible for the delivery of EY@Work and Design and Implementation of the D&C Playbook incorporated in the Construction of Office, ongoing Workplace design, construction and implementation of projects.  The role is responsible for the output of all relevant third party resources contracted throughout the global PMC MSA.  The role will have oversight over Global GDS D&C as requested/Required.  Responsibilities:  1.Deliver EY@Work projects for all EY GDS locations and provide support and guidance for EY India projects and implementation of EY@Work  2.Driving and delivering Design & Construction initiatives and strategies as part of the broader EMEIA and Global D&C team.  3.Identify future requirements of EY's offices in conjunction with Regional Real Estate Leaders and EY@Work program, and contribute to business case development (PPA) and conceptualization (EY@Work centric)  4. Standardisation of contracts and rates along identified areas and leverage volume synergies by evaluating the wing to wing scope across the country. (Benefiting the India Practice and the GDS locations)  5.Establish and manage stakeholder expectations on the EY@Work D&C responsibilities and be accountable for EY@Work D&C scoping and delivery across the area to regional, country, and local leadership and project teams and committees  6.Develop Regional policies and processes in conjunction with the Global D&C Leader (Playbook)  7.Take a lead position with the AREA Program Management Office (PMO) and be accountable for D&C requests and reporting to them as part of a wider team  8.Improve on existing, and develop new D&C reporting required to fulfil the Global EY@Work 2020 vision for D&C for the regions (in conjunction with Global Playbook)  9.Develop, implement, maintain, and be accountable for Region (India), and Country Executive management D&C project reporting both to stakeholders and wider team  10.Establish robust Project Management System across the regions compliant with Global Playbook  11.Establish robust space planning and forecasting process across the area complaint with Global Playbook.  12.Maintain an agreed Risk Management reporting process for each critical phase and milestone of all projects - including fiscal management, time management, critical date management, and stakeholder management - and establish visibility with key stakeholders  13.Manage the regional Project Management Contracts, Design Panel Contracts, including Master Services Agreements  14.Develop and maintain robust communication plans for each sub area in conjunction with EY's internal communication leaders as it relates to D&C  First Level report:   India Real Estate Leader (Gurgaon based)  Second Level report:   EMEIA Real Estate Leader - Emerging Markets (Johannesburg based)  Third Level report:   EMEIA Design & Construction Leader (Dubai based)  Global Real Estate Leader (Atlanta Based)  Requirements  - Senior management experience in Design & Construction, within professional services or large Multi-National corporations  - Demonstrated experience in managing teams  - Tertiary qualified in a related discipline with preference given to Degree and Master qualified candidates  - Demonstrated experience in delivering large and diverse projects across multiple geographies  - Ability to travel Across Asia Pacific, and to attend global meetings both physically and virtually as required  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills - Fully proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing essential  - Experienced at Senior Management level stakeholder management  - Capable of Executive Management stakeholder management  - Exceptional project management skills  - Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills- Experience of working in a virtual team  - Strong relationship building skills  - Ability to manage large amount of logistical information  Who we are  EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
