Job Summary:  Lead Program Manager bring specialized skills and knowledge to assist EY Clients in making the best possible business decisions. They typically provide oversight and leadership in executing Programs from planning to completion. Daily tasks include managing budgets, resources and relationships to achieve organizational objectives. Planning, developing and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of Programs are additional job duties for these professionals. Identifying and managing Program risks and developing solutions to problems are additional duties performed by Lead Program Manager.  During the execution of a Program, the Program Manager might analyze data and identify trends and inefficiencies, to prevent problems before they occur. Providing roadmaps and periodic recommendations to senior management could also be required. Creating and implementing mitigation and contingency plans are additional aspects of the Program Manager's job.  Other tasks required of a Lead Program Manager include: building positive relationships with clients, vendor and sub-contractor management, tracking documentation and data collection, creating presentations and conducting follow-up studies on Programs.  Purpose of the Job:  Lead Program Manager should actively carry out work within multiple Program Management Performance Domains, viz., Program Strategy Alignment, Program Benefits Management, Program Stakeholder Engagement, Program Governance and Program Life Cycle Management. He/She will have to manage large transformation programs with the ability to align the strategic vision of the client to the strategic vision of the program. He/ She should be an established leader with excellent team building skills and lead the team in establishing Program direction, identifying interdependencies, communicating program requirements, tracking progress, making decisions, identifying and mitigating risks and resolving conflicts and issues. Lead Program Manager should be able to work with Functional managers to gain support, resolve conflicts and direct individual program team members.  In addition, Lead Program Manager should be able to work with Functional managers to gain support, resolve conflicts and direct individual program team members. He/She should possess excellent communication skills and maintain excellent relationship with clients and global engagement leads of EY on a continuous basis. He/she should conduct regular and adhoc review of deliveries to assess the quality of deliverables. He/She shall be the single point of contact for all escalation with respect to deliveries. He/She shall be responsible for overall account and opportunity management.  Program Manager should be able to effectively manage the entire program activities related to program definition, program benefits deliver and program closure. Program Manager should ensure that the program components are planned, integrated and managed to facilitate the delivery of the intended program benefits.  Responsibilities of a Program Management Consultant include, but are not limited to:  Program Management  Engage with client CXOs and senior executives of large enterprises and government leaders  Identifying opportunities and benefits to achieve the organization's strategic objectives through program implementation  Define, create, maximize, deliver and sustain the benefits provided by the program  Capture and understand stakeholder needs, desires, and expectations and analyze the impact of program on stakeholders, gain and maintain stakeholder support, manage stakeholder communications and mitigating stakeholder resistance.  Establish Processes and procedures for maintaining program management oversight and decision-making support for applicable policies throughout the course of the program.  Establish and operationalize Program Management Office for clients  Establish PPM processes and practices for client and establish appropriate PPM tools for efficient management.  Manage a team of Program Managers  Work and engage effectively with directors, senior managers and SMEs from EY to manage Programs at Client location.  Work closely with multiple work-stream leads and SMEs in identifying and managing interdependencies - in meeting or workshop mode.  Plan, execute, monitor & control initiatives or Programs and take it to successful closure.  Use tools like Primavera, MS Project for scheduling and reporting  Regularly track and report on health of Program to all stakeholders  Manage Program finance and report using various productivity tools like Primavera, EPM, ERP etc  Coordinate and setup meetings within and across work-streams, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and track and report on action items  Perform Program resourcing - including booking, leveling, reporting and release  Identify, manage and report risks and issues in the Program using tools and techniques like Monte Carlo simulation  Identify and manage vendors and contractors for both Client and EY, if needed  Analyze and effectively manage stakeholder expectations  Analyze and redefine client's business processes from Program delivery perspective.  Accountable for Program deliverables and managing the Program team  Ensure that the Programs adhere to the defined processes for Program management  Overall - Be aware of the objectives, benefits & success factors of Programs and work towards achieving them  Accountable for Program deliverables and managing the Program team  Ability to plan, organize and run workshops for clients for scoping, planning and to solve complex problems using problem solving techniques like brainstorming, mind-mapping etc.  Identify best practices and suggest improvements in the defined Program management processes.  Delivery  - Excellent team player and should work harmoniously with leadership, peer groups and team members  - Ability to effectively work in a matrix organization dealing with conflicting priorities and directions  - preferably in Middle-East(GCC countries)/ N.America/Western Europe/ Australia/New-Zealand  Involved in consulting assignments at the above client locations - preferably reporting to Executive Management or department heads  Done extensive high quality documentation and presentations  Preferably planned and driven client workshops on their key/strategic initiatives  - Should have experience in Program Risk Management and Risk Reviews  - Exposure to Program Risk Management tools like Primavera Risk Management Module, @Risk etc.  - Should have good understanding of Program finance - including rate cards, costing, billing, invoice tracking, profit margin tracking  - Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Should be conversant with PPM tools like Microsoft Project Server 2013/ Project Online, Clarity, HPPPM, INNOTAS, SAP  -
