EY - Associate Consultant - Contracts Management - LLB

- Academic Qualification: LLB

Required: Relevant experience in contracts management (contract reviews, documentation, abstraction and interpretation), paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, LPOs or legal department

- Responsible for managing client related engagements in the areas of contract management. This includes assisting clients

- Expertise in handling contracts and contract related risks/ issues for at least one sector (these sector can be any of the following - Technology, Telecom, Pharma, Financial Services, or manufacturing)

- Contract drafting

- Designing contracting templates
