Job purpose :
- Manage Hiring for one service line
- Good experience 7+ years of experience in lateral hiring skills.
- Engage with the hiring managers to plan and fill the requirements
- Understand the business requirement and come up with strategy to fill requirements
- Candidate should have handled hard core recruitment profile for not less than 6 years
- Should have good hiring exposure experienced using various tools Naukri, Monster, field visits, LinkedIn etc
- Cover the line and support function, have a budget vs actual recruitment plan and close positions with TAT
- Hire according to Budget of each department
