Job Description :
- We're looking for a social media communications professional - with marketing,social media and digital engagement experience - to define and execute impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees and potential employees.
- We work hand in hand with the business to build awareness of our services and solutions; to bring our purpose - building a better working world to life for our people, clients and communities; to engage our people and build a high performing culture; and to build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY and the EYGlobal Delivery Services (GDS) brand.
- You should be well versed in digital, social media communications trends and techniques, and can apply those within the EY environment. You must be able to develop measurement and evaluation tools, using these metrics inform communications and channel decisions to stakeholders.
- We need a strategic thinker, confident writer and editor, and a strong relationship builder to promote our services within GDS and to help build the GDS brand in the market. Work in virtual teams and manage a range of and GDS communications programs/ initiatives. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to understand key priorities and objectives; and then create engaging communication and social media products and campaigns.
- You will manage social media and employee advocacy programs, developing and maintaining content across internal EY and GDS channels, including social media. And you coordinateall marketing communications work between our team, in-house designers,vendors and editorial groups across EY.
Experience:
- 5-7 years in social media and digital communications.
- Experience in handling social media - strategizing, creating, developing and executing campaigns for large matrix organizations.
