- Additional experience / exposure to learning design and content development would be applicable.
- As part of People Advisory Services practice at EY, build capability in change management pillar in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organisation and other EY member firms
- Support leadership in developing / growing the practice, actively contribute to demand generation for change projects in collaboration with EY global offices, contribute to global thought leadership on EY- s change management offering
- Project Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain. Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
- People development: Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth

Experience / knowledge of digital solutions enabling change, gamifications, visualisations, day-in-life-of workshops
Experience in change analytics, measurement and tracking of change
- Knowledge of Analytics, statistical tools - including SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire
- Led transition / deployment effort - Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing, hyper care
- Strong awareness and experience in HR systems - HCM solutions and RPA
- Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud - Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies
- Working knowledge of Robotic process automation and its application in HR
- Working knowledge of Project management
