- 13+ years of proven recruitment experience in IT/ITES, with at least 5 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization - Extensive recruitment experience in volume, lateral and leadership hiring for niche IT skill sets - Develop hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan - Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs - Build and manage highest performing team - Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships - Responsible for building new age/cost effective sourcing capability within the team - Manage and build vendor relationships and capability - Ensure all positions are closed on time and within the budgeted cost - Responsible for tracking and measuring all metrics - Should be willing to travel to locations for recruitment activities
