Program Manager to the MD's office

- Oversee the end-to-end execution timelines and do program management of key projects driven from MD's office, such as strategies for the business verticals, sales projections, follow up on commitments etc.

- Helping MD with regular business reviews (Sales metrics, team productivity and strategy implementation)

- Manage weekly executive staff meetings, including (but not limited to) setting the agenda and providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations. Document and communicate decisions and action items from meetings. Ensure follow-up and closure of action items to increase accountability

- Lead the retrospection of the previous Month's targets in the first month of each month

- Support the creation of investor updates, manpower planning, pitch decks, speeches

- Running PMO for core central projects

- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth, define and optimize processes

- The role is designed to give comprehensive exposure to the candidate to various parts of the business and intended to transition into a business role in 18-24 months
