Job Title : Product Marketing Head Responsibilities and Duties : An indicative list key roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate include : - Responsible for end to end single product line marketing - Strategic leadership for Omni-channel Marketing and Brand awareness - Will be responsible for developing and executing Omni-channel branding, media, marketing and communication strategies that drive engagement, growth and enhance brand equity and awareness. - Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives. - Coordinate with Product development to design focus studies and multi factor experiments such as A/B Tests to capture customer insight and enhance product efficacy - Work concurrently with the product teams : - To ensure marketing readiness of the upcoming products - To work towards an integrated communication strategy to define benchmarks/ USP for products - Strategic Leadership for Digital acquisition and revenue growth - The candidate will serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital market trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities. - Have primary and direct responsibility for driving website traffic and app downloads/ Registrations - Indicative list of channels which the candidate will lead outcomes for, include paid and organic search, affiliate, display, re-marketing, and paid and organic social media campaigns. - Develop strategies to drive online traffic to our website and App including overall SEO & ASO strategy. - Grow the Company's customer base and increase engagement on existing properties; develop new and innovative digital brand experiences to engage customers. - Nurture already acquired customers - Overall Marketing Inputs and Digital integration of all (including non-digital) campaign efforts - The candidate will be required to provide inputs for non-digital marketing efforts including (but not limited to) - Audience Targeting - Audience affinity (towards the marketing channels) - Audience Psychographics, insights etc - Analysis of digital impact of the non-digital media campaigns and optimize the said non-digital campaigns towards acquisition and revenue growth - To set reporting standards for non-digital campaigns to product team and vice versa on user experience and brand perception changes during/- as a result of- campaign Agency oversight : - The candidate will be required to supervise external media agency(ies) relationships for all key channels. The key responsibilities will include: - Interaction with creative agency to drive holistic communication strategy - Interaction with Media agency to drive product and brand synergies - Overall responsibility of agencies driving digital aspects of marketing Budgeting and Reporting : - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Lead the annual digital marketing budgeting process and monthly/weekly/daily performance analysis and forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs. Quantitative and data-driven business recommendations. - Track campaign performance through daily reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting. Will have the final responsibility of Budgeting and Reporting. Also the candidate will ensure optimum utilization of resources by her/his team and meet the business objectives of the organization. Omni channel, cross platform expertise : - Support digital strategies to drive brand growth from an omnichannel strategy including geo- targeting to boost store traffic, cross-channel purchasing, email acquisition in stores and other omnichannel customer segmentation opportunities. Digital campaigns and partnerships : - In partnership with brand marketing, technology teams, strategize and lead large-scale, multi-channel, 360 degree acquisition campaigns - potentially with third-party partners. - Lead usability testing experiments in collaboration with the product team for both website and app platforms. - Lead the improvement of Focus on website performance, insights, and opportunities that drive toward company goals and key performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience : - MBA from Tier 1 college with focus on marketing / digital marketing or equivalent - Atleast 8+ years of working experience in marketing & strategy with exposure to all aspects of ATL, BTL & digital marketing and coordinating high impact brand campaigns. - Experience of working in large organization driving digital transformation: - Leading Digital led marketing with understanding of all media/channels including non-digital formats like TV/Print/Outdoor etc - Leading non-digital campaigns as needed - Experience in leading digital marketing initiatives to drive organizational performance and focus on developing, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to meet organizational goals. - Demonstrated understanding of underlying technologies, platforms and best practices - Must have demonstrated strong quantitatively rigorous, KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion, ROI. - Significant hands on or management experience with Google Analytics, Social Media analytics, Drupal, WordPress, Marketo (or other lead management systems) and SEO Systems or similar digital marketing systems are preferred. - Understanding of BARC data, TGI and other such tools and to co-relate such information with that of Digital medium - Ability to create and communicate campaign strategies through influential communication and ability to lead a diverse team comprised of individuals with distinct backgrounds and skillsets. - Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams and handle large multistakeholder digital marketing projects. - Should have hands on experience at creating brand strategy, integrated marketing communication, digital asset development and campaign execution in a challenging and dynamic environment.
