Exports Sales Manager : Poly Fibre/Filament Yarn ( Position based in Jakarta )


Large & Respected Indian MNC urgently looking for result oriented, export sales professional having good knowledge of Poly Fibre business. Position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Purpose

1. Formulate export sales target in coordination with Head Export and ensure achievement of all export sales target

2 Administer end to end sales activities for all export products of Poly Fibre business

in coordination with Head Export and ensure achievement of all export sales target

3. Enhance new product sales and grow value added product sales

4. Assist Head Export in maintaining high customer satisfaction level through annual customer satisfaction survey

Core Responsibilities

1. Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from assigned countries/regions

2. Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements

3. Analyse all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same

4. Ensure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers

5. Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.

6. Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given timelines

7. Oversee the development of constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities

8. Review distributor's performance (wherever decided) and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management

9. Administer market research and surveys to study the competitors and their export marketing and sales strategies

10. Liaise with Production and Manufacturing team and provide suggestions to improve the product based on the feedback received from the customers

11. Liaise with shipping / logistic team in executing shipments as per customers' requirements

12. Prepare contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with all state and international regulations

13. Monitor the clearance of exports and monitor the associated activities

14. Mentor the sales representatives and create awareness about the products in the target countries by conducting advertising and marketing campaigns

Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree

- Master's Degree in Sales/Marketing

Experience :

- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing with at least 8 years in a leadership role

Skills / Knowledge / Competencies

- Deep understanding of sales and marketing

- Export Laws and Regulations

- Customer Management

- Negotiation Skills

- Internal personal skills / Teamwork

Salary
