Key Requirements
- Establishing new and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Analyzing sales data to identify new opportunities to grow the business vertical.
- Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners and finding new clients and onboarding them post Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients.
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising
- Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary
- Preparing financial reports and P&L, about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets
- Maintaining Sales Funnel MIS Dashboards for proper visibility of the growth of vertical.
Must Have
- Post Graduate in Business Management or MBA from a Tier I or Tier II University
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in doing Exports
- Previous exposure in Retail & FMCG industries is mandatory.
- Should have sound understanding of the legal norms followed by various countries
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
- Experience in International Project Sales and Marketing
