Export Manager

Job Summary:

The Export Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our Snack Foods' presence in international markets, with a specific focus on the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, a proven track record of successfully identifying and managing distributors, and a deep understanding of export processes, particularly from India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Middle East and Africa.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Natch Snack Foods' presence in target markets.

2. Distributor and Retail Chain Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential distributors and retail chains in the designated regions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners.

- Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements to ensure optimal market penetration.

3. Export Operations:

- Oversee the export process from India to international markets, ensuring compliance with

regulations and standards.

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline the export process.

- Resolve any issues related to customs, documentation, and shipping.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Set and achieve sales targets for international markets.

- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional activities tailored to each market.

5. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retail partners, and government authorities.

- Represent Natch Snack Foods at international trade shows and events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on snacks.

- Demonstrated success in identifying and managing distributors and retail chains.

- In-depth knowledge of export processes, particularly from India to the Middle East and Africa.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to travel internationally as needed
