We are Executive search firm based out of Delhi.

This position is with our US Based MNC Client (Fortune 500 MNC) into labels and packaging.

Job Profile:

- Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities for assigned area, leading to successful commercialization efforts. Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs.

- Responsible for profitably growing the business.

- Identify and evaluate new opportunities building off of existing technologies to new or existing customers.

- Monitor and report on industry trends. Incorporate knowledge of the industry to partner with Marketing to develop products, support materials and pricing recommendations.

- Identify customers and products for “quick hit” project opportunities.

- Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain working relationships with business partners at all levels of the customers’ organization.

- Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.

Education: B.E. + MBA (Marketing) from a premier institutes Like Amity Business School, IMT, IMD BUSINESS SCHOOL, NARSEE MONJEE, SYMBIOSIS, JAMNALAL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, IMI, SPJIMR

Experience:

- 5-7 years of business development & sales experience.

- Prior experience of working in markets (South Asia, Middle East & East Africa)

Skills and Knowledge Required

- Proficient in assessing customer needs.

- Strong financial skills and business acumen.

- Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning.

- Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.

- Excellent customer service, oral, written and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
