Summary: As the People Success Business Partner, APAC, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives supporting Exponential's business objectives and values. You are both strategic and tactical and will collaborate and participate as part of the global people success team. You will lead and manage training and development, performance management, total rewards, organizational development, and employee relations. Your previously demonstrated ability to lead cultural change, build credible internal business partnerships, provide executive and employee coaching, and offer creative solutions to business issues. Responsibilities: - Translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives. - Responsible for enhancement and implementation of training and development, performance management, total rewards and organizational development. - Manage employee relations issues and support managers in driving culture with an eye towards ensuring Exponential becomes an employer of choice. - Coach and partner with management teams to maximize operational effectiveness and lead change where appropriate. - HR policies and procedures implementation; review and make recommendations that will enhance current practices. - HR compliance - partner with Director, Global People Operations, and management to safeguard consistent company policy/procedure practices and ensure compliance with all applicable local employment laws and regulations. Minimum Qualifications: - 8+ years progressive HR experience with complex, global, high-growth environments. - Bachelor's degree in related discipline (or equivalent). - Experienced HR Leader; knowledge of all HR functions including training and development, total rewards, organizational development and employee relations. - Demonstrated collaborative business partnership skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, high- growth environment. - Track record of successful program implementation and change management facilitations. - Experience working for an international, high-tech company. - Hands-on leadership style that is people-centric and strives for operational excellence. - Proactive in developing and effectively introducing alternatives to current HR practices as appropriate to support and fuel employee retention. - Strong team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and executive presence to effectively address sensitive HR issues. - Proven ability to quickly establish credibility with the senior leadership team. - Commitment to excellence. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with scaling the HR function locally and globally and evolving HR from an administrative function to a business partnership. - Expertise in HR best practices and familiarity with APAC labor laws.
