Exponentia.ai - Head - Finance - CA/CWA

As leader of the finance function, you shall drive strategic business planning, financial management, relationships with bankers/investors and financial reporting and analysis.

For a growing organization currently on expansion mode across geographies, the role shall require an ability to set up required foundation for financial management and a hands-on approach to financial operations.

The key responsibilities include :

- Drive and manage the financial health (EBITDA and Cashflows) of the organization through planning, budgeting, monitoring and analysis with key stakeholders

- Manage taxation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across geographies

- Drive financial processes to ensure great working experience for all stakeholders - employees, auditors.

- Ensure accuracy and relevance of all reports to the board and key stakeholders

- Drive accounting, account payables, account receivables and all related processes for efficient operations

Skills/Qualifications required :

- CA / ICWA/MBA from premier institute with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience of driving change management initiatives.

- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.

- Must have worked in IT Organization with international exposure.
