The Work You'll Do -

Our Digital Marketing team is accountable for the planning, development, design and execution of inbound digital marketing efforts through various tools and processes, such as - web properties, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), digital advertising and emerging online channels. Our newly opened Digital Marketing Manager will oversee those responsibilities specific to our M&A strategy and integration process. Ultimately, you will help market solutions and help enable our teams to help customers solve their business problems

What will you specifically do when you start?

1. Manage corporate and newly acquired web properties to support the company's business objectives, including brand awareness, demand generation and sales acceleration

2. Develop, rebrand, and activate digital assets; including web pages, infographics, videos, and event and sales materials

3. Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversation rates) to optimize and integrate inbound marketing channels

4. Coordinate cross-functionally with various marketing teams as well as technology, support, and operations to align activity with broader integration initiatives

5. Establish inbound measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration) when it comes to integrating new brands and websites

6. Set inbound lead goals and measure results for integrated websites across multiple channels

7. Oversee the integration of digital media, associated spend, branding updates, and organic search against performance metrics to optimize results

What We Are Looking For From You

1. Professional experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on SEO/Inbound Marketing for B2B organizations

2. A solid understanding of design layout, typography, and general creative communications. Pixel-perfect attention to detail and sweat the small stuff (but still able to crush your deadlines)

3. Hands on efforts optimizing website for reputation and demand performance

4. A portfolio of digital and print work, with an emphasis on data visualization

5. Due to client contractual requirements, we ask a successful candidate to complete a background check and drug test prior to hire
