Summary: Project Manager / Consultant will be responsible for client account management including program /project management for one or more client accounts. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, good understanding of banking/NBFC and Business Intelligence /data analytics.Ideal candidate will be an individual having management experience in delivering business intelligence and analytics projects for the clients in financial services domain. Excellent business understanding, analytical mindset, technical proficiency and ability to lead the team is required.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for client management and account growth for one or more clients.

- Manage and deliver Business Intelligence and Analytics projects by leading a team of data scientists, BI developers, technical members etc

- Work closely with client's top management to identify opportunities and carve out specific programs for creating value for the client

- Develop the knowledge base within organization and contribute to publishing of case studies/white papers on various analytics programs/efforts

- Maintain governance and standards compliance

- Deliver solutions that meet end-to-end requirements of the clients

- Manage client communications and update project progress on regular frequency

- Own requirements gathering responsibility and clearly communicate it to project team members

- Keep a close check on project progress to make sure the progress is in sync with the requirements

- Proactively interact with key client stakeholders and technical teams for requirements gathering and integration

Technical Skills

- Demonstrated excellence in client management with track record of account growth over time

- Experience in managing delivery of BI / analytics/software solutions and excellent understanding of various technologies - databases, business intelligence tools (Qlikview/Tableau), ETL etc.

- Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability

Required Experience

Prior experience of identifying business opportunities required

Prior project management experience is required

Experience of leading/working in at least two BI/Analytics Projects

Education (Required): MBA + BE/ME with good academic credentials
