Roles and Responsibility:

1. You will be responsible for leading the operations teams at Expertrons and ensuring that the right processes and systems are built to support the hyper-aggressive scale-up plan.

2. Help define & drive the planning, execution and processes for Support, Loan, Loan recovery, Admissions and Collections

3. Deliver on key strategic programs & projects that enable the Expertrons to achieve a 10X growth.

4. Identify opportunities related to cost and process optimization

5. Plan & optimize process and services to meet global standards

6. Drive cross-team alignment and progress on a forward-looking plan.

7. Define processes and drive execution for candidates smooth loan disbursements and loan recovery plan

8. Formulate business strategy for automated loan recovery and collections from the candidates

9. Design policies that align with overall strategy

10. Implement efficient processes and standards

11. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

12. Ensure flawless delivery of services

13. Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g. data protection)

14. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

15. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance and customer retention efforts

16. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

17. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

18. Responsible for managing continuous improvements and process initiatives in parallel to day-to-day business.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical aptitude with excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical decision-makers.

2. Build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution.

3. Implement measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as Head of Operations, VP / AVP - Operations or similar leadership role in Training and Placement company

2. MBA or BTech from tier-1 institutes (IIMs / ISB / IITs/NITs)

3. 8 to 12 years of work experience in leading complex operations teams at consumer tech startups

4. MUST have worked in tech and data-led operations

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

6. Ability to drive large teams
