Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the strategic establishment and expansion of the business vertical, overseeing all facets of the profit and loss (P&L) framework with a keen focus on marketing strategies.

- Devise and implement business strategies to achieve and surpass a 20% Profit After Tax (PAT) margin.

- Drive revenue augmentation and market enlargement through comprehensive market analysis, strategic business development endeavours, and fostering impactful partnerships within the marketing domain.

- Efficiently manage operational functions within the marketing realm, ensuring optimal resource utilization while maintaining high standards of quality in marketing initiatives.

- Foster collaboration with diverse teams to synchronize business objectives with marketing strategies and operational initiatives.

- Continuously monitor performance metrics of marketing campaigns, implementing enhancements to sustain business growth and profitability in alignment with marketing objectives.

- Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with industry peers, stakeholders, and clientele within the marketing landscape to business objectives.

Required Qualification :

- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and proficient management of P&L structures with a specialized focus on marketing strategies.

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and scaling business operations, preferably within startup or entrepreneurial environments, with a strong emphasis on marketing innovations.

- Exceptional leadership acumen, adept at motivating and guiding teams towards the attainment of business objectives with a marketing-centric approach.

- Strong analytical prowess, adept decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving abilities, particularly within the context of marketing challenges.

- Superior communication and interpersonal competencies, enabling the establishment of robust partnerships and proficient negotiation within the marketing domain.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
