Key Responsibilities:

- As an AVP/VP/EIR Associate Partner in Business Growth, spearhead the strategic establishment and expansion of the business vertical, overseeing all facets of the profit and loss (P&L) framework with a sharp focus on driving business growth strategies.

- Develop and execute innovative business strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing a 20% Profit After Tax (PAT) margin.

- Drive revenue augmentation and market expansion through comprehensive market analysis, strategic business development initiatives, and forging impactful partnerships within the business growth domain.

- Efficiently manage operational functions within the business growth realm, ensuring optimal resource allocation while upholding high-quality standards in business initiatives.

- Foster collaboration across diverse teams to align business objectives with growth strategies and operational initiatives effectively.

- Continuously monitor performance metrics of business initiatives, implementing enhancements to sustain growth and profitability in line with business objectives.

- Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with industry peers, stakeholders, and clientele within the business growth landscape to achieve business objectives effectively.

Required Qualification:

- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and proficient management of P&L structures with a specialized focus on driving business growth strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling business operations, particularly within startup or entrepreneurial environments, emphasizing innovative growth approaches.

- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving business objectives with a strong focus on growth initiatives.

- Strong analytical abilities, decisive decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities, particularly within the context of growth challenges.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of robust partnerships and proficient negotiation within the business growth domain.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
