Title: AVP/ VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically build and scale the business vertical from the ground up, managing all aspects of the P&L.

- Devise and implement business strategies to achieve and surpass a 20% Profit After Tax (PAT) margin.

- Lead market analysis, business development, and partnership activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Manage operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and operational activities.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to sustain business growth and profitability.

- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to support business objectives.

Required Qualification:

- Extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, and P&L management.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling business operations, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving business goals.

- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong partnerships and negotiating effectively.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
