Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create Design prototypes, features, and specifications for the company based on consumer user/Insights

2. Interact with Clients/Users to understand their needs and develop better Product/Website/Applications

3. Ability to develop quick designs ideas based on the client briefs and ensure all the deadlines are followed

4.Assist in the recruitment of digital and Interactive designers. Plan and execute their training

5.Design interactive user interfaces and oversee the necessary design changes that need to be made

Skills/ Requirements-

1. Bachelor's Degree in design or a related field is required

2. A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with corporate designing

3. Significant experience in handling design teams in a faced pace environment

4. Strong knowledge of designing processes and prior experience in managing a team

Salary- 10-16 LPA( No bar for Rockstar Candidates)
