About the position : We are looking for a Product Data Manager who will be responsible for handling company CRM, handling data extraction, developing data-based analysis and programs to support the organization's strategic project direction. Working will also be as a Program Manager, where you will be in charge of developing data-driven processes, data analysis and reporting, discussing relevant product direction and executions associated with them. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in data analysis, product handling, business operations/program management, team management and cross-functional stakeholder management. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Mainstay of the job : Data analysis : working on database management, making clean data gathering processes, developing reports and dashboards for periodic analysis 2. Internal Product Management : Company CRM for various teams managed in collaboration, and data extraction and management handled 3. Executor supreme : Is involved in strategic discussions of Sales, Product, Placement and Partner teams, contributes with ideas and advice, and executes on the discussed direction 4. High level of autonomy in execution : creative choice and use of presentation, tools, dashboards, etc is encouraged 5. Work as both IC (individual contributor) as well as TL (team lead) : depending on the project in hand, it can be an individual role or working with a team 6. Strategic items : Data-driven analysis, flagging tendencies and priorities, and discovering roadblocks if any 7. Developing new programs : Autonomy to open new projects/programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. 8. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. 9. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. We are looking for people who have : 1. Education : Tier-1 graduation college: IITs, NITs, BITS, etc 2. Experience : 3+ years - Preference given to strong experience in Edu-tech or e-learning industry - Preference to track record of building data-based and target-driven product roadmaps, CRM handling experience - Experience using reporting and analytics tools + Google Spreadsheets preferred 3. Heavy bias for action/motivation for execution: program management, operations handling, data analysis 4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language 6. Stakeholder management skills: Experience in managing a team preferred 7.
