Roles & Responsibilities

1. Candidates must have experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales,

2. Demand Generation, B2B outbound calling process.

3. B2B Job Description: (50% inside sales & 50% outdoor meetings)

4. The role will entail getting in touch with HR Heads or Senior Management Professionals from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie ups.

5. He/she will have to make telephonic calls when in office and get meetings with relevant corporate houses

6. He/she should exhibit confidence, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as they have to interact with Senior Management professionals.

7. Someone with prior work experience of 3 years in B2B recruitment services sales

8. He/she will also have to go for the meetings and close the meetings.

9. He/she should be comfortable working with targets.

10. He/she should be willing to go out on meetings.

11. He/she should possess very good presentation, planning skills and objection handling skills.

12. He/she will have to write reports

13. He/she will provide management with feedback

14. He/ she will be overseeing the development of marketing literature

15. He/she will be maintaining contact with existing clients
