Job Overview : A chief strategy officer works closely with the company's chief executive officer to flesh out the short and long term goals and make sure the company's output falls in line with those goals.

Role & Responsibilities :

A. Strategy & Organizational Development :

- Articulates the company's mission to provide a clear vision and purpose for the organization.

- Enable organizational and performance transformation that is participatory

- Ensure that the team contributes to organizational transformation and growth

- Communicate the company's official stance on its mission to external sources and internally to all personnel

B. Business Development :

- Develop business development strategies, and enable its implementation. Be innovative and adaptive in the development of strategies to ensure that business goals are met.

- Provide technical guidance, support, and leadership to business development functions

- Collaborates with senior management to devise effective short and long term plans.

C. Financial Management :

- Strategizing Revenue growth, cost optimization , fund- raising and building financial models around that

- Ensure that financial management systems are on track and in compliance with the rules and regulations.

D. Networking :

- Build relationships, partnerships, and collaborations with key stakeholders and partners for organizational growth and business development.

- Contribute to organizational branding and visibility

- Develop new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency

E. Operations :

- Leads and supports management in application and implementation of new policies and procedures

- Work on the review, and adaptations of strategies and plans for internal operations, HR and project management

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

1. Must possess exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.

2. Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.

3. Must be familiar with fundraising and increasing revenue while maintaining a comprehensive and cohesive brand or identity.

4. Must be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company's CEO.

5. Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.

6. Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.

7. Must be self-directed and able to work independently.

Who can apply :

1. The ideal candidate would have a Full time MBA degree from Tier 1/2 B-Schools

2. At least 7+ years of experience form which at least 2+ years of experience in Edtech domain is preferable

3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

4. Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.

5. Must be able to hold relevant and intellectually stimulating conversations with the leadership

6. Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

Working hours : 10 am to 7:00 pm
