Expertrons - AVP - Training & Placement

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develops placement & counselling procedures

2. Establishes workloads, assigns tasks and reviews results. Conducts in-service training program for placement personnel

3. To assess candidates on set parameters & conduct activities for the improvement of aspirants

4. To conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements

5. To play a critical role in every aspect of the team's development process - from figuring out the next big innovation that will impact the growth of categories massively

6. Establishes best practices and provides recommendations to ensure that all accounts within the area of responsibility meet the maximum quality setup standards before launch

Skills Required:

1. 5+ years of experience: hardcore into operations or category management

2. Very good team manager (>100 overall reportees), must have scaled up teams from scratch;

3. Very strong with data and project management, follow-ups, daily fire-fighting and problem-solving, and technically credible to create a medium-to-long-term plan for the team and execute it

4. Strong previous recruitment/placement industry experience mandatory

5. Professionals/Graduate students training experience preferred

6. Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy-ness; a big-picture vision, the drive to make that vision a reality,

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate and work with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

8. Educational- Preferably from Tier-1 Institute

9. Google Spreadsheets

Additional Preferences:

1. Experience with B2C Products or Mobile application based platforms

2. Additional preference would be given to Co-founders of current or previous startups who have worked with B2C products
