Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Making and Managing Pitch Deck as per different needs 2. Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework 3. Explore and manage different sites to get funding or/and incubation. 4. Finding syndicates, contact them to find investment. 5.Finding Leads of Series A / B investors for Funding in our Start-Up and cracking the deal for the same. 6. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting 7. Advising on long-term business, financial planning and Managing Investor Relationship 8. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders 9. Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures Qualifications/Skills : 1. Educational : Preferable from Tier 1 Institute 2. Must have good pool of investors. 3. Should have raised Series A or Higher Transactions (Preferable) Funds for Start-ups. 4. Work Experience : Minimum 2 years in the same profile Salary : 17 LPA (Market Competitive) + ESOPS Location : Andheri East, Mumbai Rewards : 1. ESOP opportunity based on Interview interaction 2.
