Sales Account Manager
Location : Delhi/NCR & Bangalore
Description :
- The incumbent will manage & develop business with very large accounts.
- He/she will own client management, business development and ensure proper delivery by coordination with internal teams.
- The person will get opportunity to interact with CXO level people in our accounts, present new ideas, deliver operational/analytical presentations and close business.
- 6 months - 3 years Sales/Account management experience ideally within the online assessment industry, recruitment industry, a technology start-up, technology sales.
- Strong network of & goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR
- Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills
- Positive Attitude and Leadership skills.
- Excellent service ethics and a high level of integrity
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to assess client requirements
- Previous experience in Solution Selling is an added bonus
- Candidates from Assessment Organizations shall be preferred.

Job Role Responsibilities:
- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them
- Planning monthly sales cycle and meeting prospective clients on a daily basis
- Preparing client and market mapping reports for the business
- Timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients
- Media Tracking to generate prospects
- Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc
- Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month
- Maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio and churn more business from the listed accounts
