Client Details

Our client is one of the largest engineering firms operating across multiple global geographies. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition expert to spearhead Talent Acquisition process for their business. This role is based in Gurgaon

This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across levels

Description

Reporting into the Head - Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include,

- Recruiting for positions across levels, functions and specific requirements in businesses

- Review the recruitment process for the organisation and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilise the insights for process enhancements

- Ensure top-notch candidate experience across levels

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimise recruitment costs

Profile

- You must have in-depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles

- You will come with 6-10 years of strong experience in recruitments, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space

- Candidates from Technology companies/MNC's will be preferred

- MBA in HR will be considered an advantage

- Only candidates with RPO management exposure will be considered
