Job Description :

- You serve as the authority for anything organizational behavior related, bridge the gap between the EAP Customer and will also be working with the solutions team to develop and fine-tune robust programs for our customers

- Customer Engagement

- Design mechanisms for finding organizational culture/behavior from counselling utilization, surveys and abstraction of individual assessment to Business Units/Organizational level.

- Understand the specific needs of the customer and idea unique solutions (for example, constructing and implementing well-being surveys, employee life cycle solutions, etc.)

- Offer insights into current employee issues and employee well being practices

- Innovate interesting/creative employee engagement activities and intervention strategies

- Writing well researched content and reports (OB perspective specifically)

- Offering expertise to support HR conclaves as an expert, organizer and help with execution

- Liaison between customer and EAP

- Help tie EAP- Counselling-Organizational Behavior to Impact OM performance

Skills :

- Individual with an affable personality

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Proficient in writing well researched concept notes and articles

- Analytical mindset and ability to think out of the box

Experience :

- Organizational Behavior expert

- Any experience in client facing roles is an asset
