We are having an urgent opening for the role of Expert Consultant CCI For an leading Consulting firm in Bangalore, Mumbai and Gurgaon. It is the amongst 3 big consulting firm which provides the consulting solution to large scale of clients. Looking the person who had done work in consulting firm for FMCG clients and presently should be working with FMCG industry. Candidate must have hands on experience on SPSS tool which is Mandatory.

Job Description :

1. Provides support for our client work (may require travel to be co-located with case team)

2. Defines / refines research plan to meet the projects' overall objectives (including both qualitative and quantitative research)

3. Organizes or supervises research execution: vendor selection and briefing, questionnaire design, coordination etc.

4. Analyzes results from research, extracts after identifying overall trends and communicates findings and insights

5. Contributes to ultimate recommendations development and communication to clients

6. In addition to participate as full-member of selected projects, offers ad hoc support to other projects

7. Establishes credibility with case teams regarding practice area; takes positions/draws conclusions on a range of insight topics; full case team integration can be possible

8. Develops specialized topic knowledge - design of new research techniques or approaches

9. Authors training materials in topic area

10. Supports the local office (e.g, provides training in PA content and proprietary tools)

11. Vendor management: participates in validation and on-going assessment of research vendors/agencies and nurtures relationships and collaboration with selected partners/agencies

Profile :

1. Expert knowledge in consumer and market research techniques both qualitative and quantitative (expertise in quantitative is a must - qualitative could be more of a working knowledge) eg - expertise in quantitative data modeling, Conjoint analysis, Maxdiff analysis, Clustering models, customer segmentation analysis amongst other prominent quantitative techniques. He/she should have expertise in working with statistical tools such as SPSS.

2. 5-8 years successful professional experience in consumer research at firms renowned for their expertise in the domain, such as market research firms, leading consumer packaged goods companies. Ideally complemented with experience in marketing management at similar companies.

3. Business degree, MBA preferred
