Account Manager The role sits within our Decision Analytics business, one of our four Global Business Lines. Experian Decision Analytics helps client achieve and sustain significant growth. Experian's Fraud Prevention Solutions are a key business within Decision Analytics. It helps clients at preventing and mitigating fraud leading to thousands of crores of savings across the BFSI industry. This role therefor has clear accountability for creating measurable value within our client organisations. Experian is looking for passionate and driven Professionals to be a part of our Decision Analytics business. In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for revenue generation through managing the existing clients, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and taking the new product enhancements to the market. Your exposure to fraud and risk control processes within financial service companies will differentiate you from the rest. We are looking for someone who ; - About 3 or more years of experience of in the account management / consulting environment or a financial services environment. - Experience with fraud and risk control units of financial services would be preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking the lead in the following areas : 1) Business development and revenue generation : - Revenue growth through existing portfolio and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for the existing client base - Recommend product, sales or marketing changes to maximise value and increase product penetration 2) Customer management : - Managing clients from a day to day basis for all their requirements with respect to the fraud prevention solutions offered by Experian - Actively develop an effective and wide network of existing and new clients - Build and maintain a deep understanding of Fraud vertical market sectors that are important to Experian and our client businesses - Act as voice of the customer to ensure product development, enhancement and localization priorities reflect our customer's business requirements and support our business growth objectives - Regularly publish current and emerging industry trends within the CUG 3) Internal Dependency : Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders internally with product and delivery functions 4) Industry compliance : Assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which he/she is responsible Knowledge : - Good understanding of financial services, insurance or other relevant industries - Understanding of Experian or equivalent tools and solutions - Understanding of fraud prevention solutions available in the industry would be preferred - Knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations Experience : - 3 - 5 years of Account Management Experience Qualifications : - Post Graduate
