Expatriate Tax - CA

We are looking at for Expatriate Tax openings for one of my Client.

We have specifically prepared this for you as we are in a situation to close at-least 1 AM and 1 Manager for Expat Tax Chennai by next week.

- They should be CA’s. Other Post graduate qualifications could be considered if the candidates are from a consulting background and has a grown in the system equivalent to a CA.

- They should understand and worked on the income tax aspects of salaried employees well including residential status, withholding tax, etc

- They should be good communicators because they will be meeting the inbound expats (other country employees coming to India to work) and outbound expats (Indian employees going to other countries for work). In the meeting with them they will explain to them on the various formalities/compliances (from a tax perspective) and also advise them on how to go about structuring tax efficient compensation packages including structuring of both domestic and cross border salary. The compliance services includes setting up of liaison offices, calculation of Indian taxes, payroll calculations, preparation and filing of personal tax returns

- Structuring the policies for the employer of the expat from a tax and social security perspective

- Responsible for providing tax advice, which ensures optimum tax benefits for both the employer and employee

Please note: we are not looking at US Tax/UK Tax experience. We need candidates with good experience and working knowledge in handling mobility of expats from a India Tax perspective.
