Urgent Requirement : Expat Trainer (British National Only)

Role: Culture & Customer Service Trainer

Exp: 6 months - 2 yrs

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Nationality: British / Australian ONLY

CTC: As per expectations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Dual skilled to manage classroom training & communication coaching on the BAU floor

- Manage Preprocess training delivery, empowering trainees with the right knowledge of Australian culture, customer service skills and English language skills

- Take end to end ownership and facilitate the training program independently based on the session plan

- Lead and manage training interventions and delivery in order to ensure tangible improvements of the bottom 20% agents on the floor

-To train new hire trainees and obtain 95% yield for Preprocess Manage and control attrition through strong attrition

- Drive activities to improve new hire training experience/Floor experience

- Ensure Schedule and Training Content adherence
