About the role?
The individual will be instrumental in elevating our brand's presence, driving engagement, and enhancing communication strategies across multiple platforms. The role encompasses public relations, marketing communications, and social media management, ensuring coherent and captivating brand storytelling.
What do we want?
Public Relations:
- Develop and execute PR campaigns in collaboration with the PR agency to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Write press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Build and nurture relationships with media representatives and influencers.
Marketing Communications (MarCom):
- Create and implement integrated marketing communication strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and content that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Manage internal and external communication
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage, grow, and nurture the online community.
- Create compelling content, manage posts, and respond to followers to foster a positive community.
- Analyze social media metrics to gain insights and improve content and engagement strategies.
Performance Metrics:
- Increase in media coverage and positive brand mentions.
- Engagement and conversion metrics of MarCom campaigns.
- Growth in social media followers, engagement rates, and content reach.
What do we look for?
- Experience: 5-8 years in PR, MarCom, and social media management.
- Background in journalism or mass communication preferred
- Experience working with PR and social media agencies
- B2B SaaS background preferred

- Creativity and ability to develop engaging and impactful content.
