Operations and Marketing and have served over 1200+ clients worldwide. ExMyB has already

raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. ExMyB has grown

10X in revenue over the past 6 months and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months.

ExMyB is looking forward to building a world class platform for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several positions across multiple departments.

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate individuals and sharp communicators who are motivated to be a part of a hyper-growth startup. The individual will assist in developing inter-departmental synergies and maximizing the organization's sales potential while working with prospective businesses to build partnerships that enhance digital growth across all spectrums.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for fueling EMB's user acquisition by corporate tie ups.

- Work closely with the EMB executive team to develop & grow target partners of strategic value to EMB.

- Build a pipeline of opportunities for alliances that will result in incremental revenue to EMB.

- Understand targeted partners and develop a unique value proposition for a EMB relationship.

- You will be responsible for end-to-end management including negotiating commercials, scoping out business activities and working with internal teams to drive project plans to completion, meeting the customer acquisition targets.

- Sourcing new partnerships and growing the existing accounts to achieve the month-on-month growth plans

- Build frameworks to manage and scale all partner channels

- Ensuring a steady pipeline for B2B partnerships that add value to the deal acquisition strategy

- To work on conceptualizing and executing hush visibility campaigns with Brand partners across SAAS, BFSI, B2B etc

- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

- Monitoring the data and its sanity. To ensure that all the KPI's are being met

- Good understanding of product and marketing objectives and ability to translate the same in all communication channels

- Ideate, own and execute growth experiments which have the potential to grow and take shape of pan India campaigns / channels of acquisition

- Ownership & Frugality is key.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Requirements :

- MBA from a tier 1 college.

- Relevant industry experience of at least 4-8 years.

- Experience in handling CXO level conversations.

- Market connects and active relationships with Industry leaders.

- A fair understanding of the Partnerships ecosystem and know-how of things.

- Fair understanding of the evolving Payments ecosystem and how to leverage it for ExmyB's growth story.

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Knowledge/ Skills:

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

- Excellent communication

- Senior executive presence

- Good people management skill
