EMB - Financial Planning Analyst
- The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role.
- As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our financial processes, oversee tax compliances, budgeting, payroll, and reporting processes and work very closely with the senior management team of the Company.
Responsibilities :
- Provide FP&A finance support to the management related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modelling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.-
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
- Ability to Identify, Steer, Lead M&A activities for the Company
Ideal Candidate :
- 7+ years of relevant and proven experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA from reputed and top Institution
- Significant analytical skill set, including the utilization of reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential
- Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages
- Good leadership skills are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
