Expand My Business (EMB) is Asia's largest B2B managed marketplace for digital services. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 150+ spread across Tech, Sales, Operations and Design and have served over 1000+ clients worldwide. EMB has already raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. EMB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months post funding from Chiratae and Tanglin Venture Partners and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months. EMB is looking forward to building a world class product for buyers and vendors and thus hiring for product and engineering leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery division at EMB

- Align organisational vision, mission and strategic goals with that of other departments

- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

- Defining and executing IT Strategies by curating a roadmap for account growth, in addition to IT processes and policies that drive efficiency.

- Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans

- Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing and new opportunities. Program manage post-sales execution of EMB

- Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards Supervisory

Responsibilities:

- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Work Experience:

- 7+ years of work experience in roles such as techno-business roles, strategy & operations,, consulting, program management etc.

- Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills

- Deep industry knowledge of 1-2 B2B industries

- Prior operations and project/vendor-management experience.

Knowledge/ Skills:

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

- Excellent communication

- Senior executive presence

- Good people management skill
