Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work on a variety of
projects to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA with Bachelor's of Computer Science / IT
- Experience in a range of 2-5 years in relevant domain stated below.
- Big4 or equivalent IT consulting experience is a must requirement.
- Business understanding and exposure to the following Technologies and Disciplines:
- Retail and commerce - web and app development + integration + optimization
- Omni-channel (OMS, Endless Aisle etc)
- Loyalty management solutions
- Customer relationship management
- Learning management solutions
- Supply chain solutions (WMS, LMS)
- Past experience working as a business analyst/ consultant, mainly for converting customer requirements into solutions - architecture, and user journeys. Should be able to rapidly design and build solution presentations, write technical proposals and construct relevant solution designs.
- Have worked for and understand different sectors/industries.
- Must possess extraordinary Presentation, documentation and Communication Skills (English, Arabic - optional). Looking for an extrovert personality, who can present the collaterals in front of customers prepared by him.
- Must have exceptional aptitude and knack for deriving technology solutions in the areas of emerging tech and staying updated with new emerging stacks, and innovations.
- Can work with relevant teams in the back office - IT, Solution Architects, and Developers to design POCs, and MVPs, explain their requirements and work closely with them to launch successfully.
- Can wear the hat of a technical consultant and business consultant in front of customers, as needed during the sales/ pre-sales lifecycle.
- Familiarity with UAE and the Middle East region is a significant plus.
- Must be flexible to travel and ready to work with an aggressive yet positive entrepreneurial attitude.
