Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work on a variety of projects to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the smooth flow of the project, maintaining documents and dealing with issues relating to projects undertaken.

- Manage client calls, requirement gathering and analyzing project requirements.

- To provide the link between the sales, development team and any third party regarding project functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

- Generate, update and improve project strategies and methodologies.

- Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan

- Handles tasks like reviewing, maintaining and highlighting the changes in the project plan

- Prepares and maintains weekly and monthly project status reports

- Responsible for recording, forecasting, monitoring, and budgeting project expenditure

- Prepares status reports and updates the same to the Management team.

- Assist Project Managers in handling daily activities.

- Expertise in the most current technologies and trends in the industry

- Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest technology solutions

- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows

- The ability to plan and execute innovative strategies in brand communication requires creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

- Develop solutions for the business as a whole and, as such, communicate effectively and efficiently across a variety of departments\

Requirements:

- Strong experience of 2-5 years in IT consulting and business analysis - business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FRD and user stories.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related fields

- Must have knowledge in Blockchain, Retail & Commerce, ERP, NFT Marketplaces, other domains

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
