Job Description :  Work Experience :   - 6+ years of work experience in leading Healthcare Analytics Projects delivery.  - Experienced in Driving the growth of analytics account by demonstrating analytics capabilities to prospective clients, building proposals for RFPs, leading product-based initiatives  Education :  A post graduate degree in a numerate subject (e.g. mathematics, statistics, operational research, economics or MBA) from a reputed institute with knowledge of advanced statistical and analytical techniques.   Tools & Certifications :  Experienced and competent in the use of statistical packages e.g. SAS (including dealing with large datasets).  Other Desired Qualifies :  - Excellent team management, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others.  - Identifies key project stakeholders and develops an appropriate stakeholder communication plan. Engages with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence direction of projects to meet the project milestones.   - A good external network of contacts within the healthcare industry.  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Developed customized and standard analytics frameworks for client and organization and added value the project from data to visualization for business insights  - Identifies key project stakeholders and develops an appropriate stakeholder communication plan. Engages with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence direction of projects to meet the project milestones.   - Performing opportunity identification(OpId) at business units, supporting & consulting clients at onsite on offshore for executing and implementing the project and making strong partnership for future engagements  - Scoping, solving, managing and delivering the existing or new projects with a team of 7 analytics professionals  - Actively driving POC- s, responding RFP & maintaining the new project pipe line with high success rate  - Accountable for BAU deliverables, designing analytics solutions for key problem areas, generating actionable insights, data visualization, process optimization, tool-based automation and the overall project governance.   - Driving the growth of analytics account by demonstrating analytics capabilities to prospective clients, building proposals for RFPs, leading product-based initiatives, and identifying cross-sell analytics opportunities.   - An expert in Descriptive Analytics, Actionable Insights, Automation, Text Mining, Predictive Analytics, Data Management and Visualization.  - Work closely with the Senior Management for strategic planning and identifying new growth opportunities.   - Recruit and mentor new resources in the healthcare and insurance verticals.
